```Fantle ("we", "us", or "our") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Fantle app, how we use it, and your choices regarding that information.
We believe in collecting as little data as possible. Fantle is a word game — it does not require an account, does not access your contacts, and does not track your location.
Game Data
Your puzzle results, win/loss record, current streak, and guess history are stored locally on your device using iOS secure storage. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it (for example, by copying your emoji result grid).
Subscription Data
If you subscribe to Fantle Pro, Apple processes your payment entirely. We receive only an anonymous subscription token from Apple to verify your access status. We never see your payment details, credit card number, or billing address.
Advertising Data (Free Users Only)
The free version of Fantle displays advertisements served by a third-party ad network. The ad network may collect anonymous device identifiers and usage signals to show relevant ads. You can limit ad tracking at any time in your iPhone Settings under Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Friend Duels
When you create or accept a Friend Duel, an anonymous session identifier is used to match your result with your friend's result. No personal information — no name, no email, no phone number — is associated with a duel session.
Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the app is used in aggregate — for example, which sports are most popular and how many puzzles are played per day. This data is anonymized and cannot be used to identify individual users.
We do not collect, store, or have access to:
Fantle does not require account creation of any kind.
Fantle is rated 4+ on the App Store and is appropriate for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app does not require account creation, does not collect names or email addresses, and does not include social features that expose children to other users.
If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately at the address below and we will delete it promptly.
Game statistics and progress are stored locally on your device. Deleting the Fantle app removes all locally stored data. Anonymous duel session data stored on our servers is automatically deleted after 30 days.

Because Fantle does not collect personal information, there is no personal data profile to access, correct, or delete. Game statistics exist only on your device and can be removed by deleting the app.
If you are located in the European Union, you have rights under GDPR. If you are located in California, you have rights under CCPA. As Fantle does not collect personal data, these rights are largely satisfied by design. For any questions, contact us below.
